Carroll Don Simmons, age 70, of Stillwell, Oklahoma has been charged in Benton County with Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, a class C felony
According to court records, Simmons “unlawfully and knowingly” failed to report a change of address, employment, education or training as required under the Sex Offender Registration Act of 1997.
Simmons was arrested on Tuesday by the Bentonville Police Department
and booked just after 4 p.m.
In April of 2018, Simmons with charged with “Outraging public decency – public urination”.
Simmons is set for trial on June 16, 2020 and has entered a “not guilty” plea to the court.
Simmons is no stranger to the legal system and has had multiple charges in both Arkansas and Oklahoma dating back to 2011.
