**TULSA POLICE DEPARTMENT INFORMATION RELEASE**
On 2/4/2020 at about 3:23 pm, two cars were involved in a road rage incident at about 8200 E. 51st St.
A verbal altercation in the parking lot ensued that culminated in Nathaniel Chilcoat, d.o.b. 6/11/1990, firing into a car occupied by two women and a four-year-old child.
A bullet struck the victim in the upper torso. She was transported to the hospital and pronounced deceased at 4:12 pm.
Family for the victim has been notified, but we are giving them time to contact the rest of the family and will release her name at a later date.
Chilcoat was transported to Detective Division and questioned. He is being booked for First Degree Murder.
