Waldron man with ten-year-old felony conviction facing several child pornography charges
A Waldron man who drew a suspended sentence ten years ago on a charge for Felony Breaking and Entering and Misdemeanor Theft of property charge in a negotiated Scott County plea may have taken a decade for his second felony arrest, but this one looks to be a little more serious.
Peter Brian Koeppe has been charged with four separate counts of Distributing, Possessing, or Viewing of a Matter Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct Involving a Child. The first count was processed as a first offense and tagged with a Class C Felony designation while the other three counts all carry a Felony B label as a subsequent charge.
In addition, Koeppe faces a Class A Felony charge for Harassment - Catch All. All five charges were committed on January 8 of this year.
Koeppe was released on a $20,000 after just twelve hours in the Sebastian County Detention Center.
According to SCDC booking information, he was booked into the facility at 5:15 a.m. Tuesday and was released just after 5 p.m. the same afternoon.
